Regarding storage and delivery of repaired items

・If you can come directly to the Omotesando store*

Please inform the sales staff at the store that you wish to have it repaired.
After receiving the charm body that requires repair on the spot,
We will ask you to provide us with your contact information when the repair is complete.

When the repair is completed
Please come directly to pick it up, or
You can choose to send via Letter Pack**.

* You can only bring your own items to the Omotesando store.
** If shipping charges such as Letter Pack are required, they will be charged at the time of storage.

・If you send it to us

Please send the charm body that requires repair to the Omotesando store below.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
The item will be shipped after payment is made in advance, and basically it will be shipped by cash on delivery.

Please note that we will contact you when the repair is completed and will ship the product to you.
It will be sent to the name, address, and phone number you provided when you sent it.
