Q1: How long does it take from ordering to shipping?
A: During normal periods, excluding year-end and New Year holidays, etc.
We will ship your order within 2 business days.
For domestic delivery, you can specify the date and time.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Q2: Can I cancel my order?
A: As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. However, if there is an initial defect in the product or if there is an incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and we will take care of it.
Q3: Is it possible to return the product?
A: Only for unopened products.
